As an expatriate for over 10 years, having lived in four different destinations, I intimately understand the challenges and opportunities that life abroad presents. My personal journey has enabled me to develop great empathy and a deep understanding of the issues involved in expatriation, whether it be cultural adaptation, stress management, or the search for a new personal and professional balance.
With 20 years' professional experience, my career has been driven by a constant passion: understanding, accompanying and revealing human potential. After a rich decade in consulting, successively as an employee and then as an entrepreneur, I have forged in-depth expertise in coaching and professional dynamics.
With a diploma in helping relationships, I'm passionate about relationships, helping and coaching.
I am also trained by Erickson Coaching International, winner of the Impact Award 2024 from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) for the most impactful coaching school of the year.
